Why finding your purpose matters in business

Part 4!

Let’s review how far we’ve come together. First we talked about our personal purpose. Second, the value our businesses have. Third, the financial responsibilities of being a purposeful business owner. Now, we’re going to talk about why the purpose of our business is going to make an impact and change our community for the better.

Making an impact in your community.

Know WHY you are in business. Some entrepreneurs are driven by a desire to make a positive impact on society. You might be motivated to create a business that addresses social or environmental issues, contributing to positive change.

Being driven by impact and change can help you to attract customers and employees who are also motivated to do the same. Customers and employees are more likely to be attracted to businesses that have a clear purpose and are able to articulate it. Sharking conversations and uniting communities. Share your purpose in a way that resonates with people and they’ll be more likely to do business alongside of you.

This gives your business a better chance of success. When you have a purpose as an entrepreneur, you're more likely to be successful in your endeavors.

Successfully articulate your WHY and it'll be easier to attract customers, partners, and investors.

Having a clear purpose gives your business a much better chance of succeeding as people will want to partner up with you.

Making a significant impact as a small business requires a strategic approach, creativity, and a focus on building relationships.

The Why in Business #5

James Leinbach

After 27 years in the trades industry, I sold my company and retired. Then two yeas later, I decided to be an advocate for those still working in the trades. My goal is to help the tradesmen to be more successful, work less hours, and to receive a high return on their time invested.
